Lee West Morris

Lee West Morris was born in Washington DC, but grew up in Memphis, TN. Her parents are native Memphians: Dr. William Hoath West, founder of West Clinic, and Carole Wilson West, daughter of Kemmons and Dorothy Wilson.

Lee graduated from Hutchison High School and earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Auburn University.  She is married to Samuel Eliot Morris and they have five children.

Lee was a stay-at-home mom until 2008 when she and her family moved back to Memphis.  She began working part-time for the family foundation and now serves as the Director of Programs.

Lee currently serves as a trustee on The Brooks Art Museum and the Urban Art Commission.
